Since the massacre of October 7th, she has dedicated her time to volunteering to help heal and rebuild this beautiful land. Shari Rabinowitz - Mission Leader
Shari was born and raised in London, but spent a lot of time in Israel and eventually moved here in 2018 because she felt more connected to the Jewish Homeland.
Originally a veterinary assistant, the start of the war pushed Shari to change directions and help arrange the delivery of necessary gear to our soldiers, as well as make jewelry for wives of soldiers, until she felt a calling for a more hands-on approach with the land.
As someone who has always appreciated a holistic approach to living, she buys her produce exclusively from Israeli farms and is excited to be working with Israel Food Rescue as a way of giving back to the hard-working farmers who are still able to feed the country despite all the constraints against them.
